Commercially driven and digitally focused Marketing & Communications leader with strong experience in brand strategy, digital marketing, public relations, content and integrated campaigns. The successful candidate will lead the hotel’s marketing strategy, strengthen brand visibility and generate measurable demand across Rooms, F&B, MICE and Weddings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing or a related field.

• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Marketing, Communications or Digital Marketing, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role; upscale or luxury hospitality experience strongly preferred.

• Strong command of digital marketing, social media, content strategy, paid media, website marketing, SEO/search visibility and performance analytics.

• Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate measurable brand, revenue, lead-generation and customer-engagement results.

• Strong experience in brand positioning, public relations, reputation management and high-quality photo and video content development.

• Strong leadership, strategic planning, budget management, KPI and campaign ROI management skills.

• Excellent written and spoken English and Vietnamese; creative, proactive, commercially minded, data-driven and results-oriented.
