• Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing cold dishes, salads, appetizers, desserts, and buffet items.
• Ensure food is prepared according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation requirements.
• Maintain proper food handling, storage, hygiene, and sanitation in the Cold Kitchen.
• Monitor ingredient quality, portion control, and minimize food waste.
• Keep workstations, equipment, and cold storage areas clean and organized.
• Support buffet, banquet, and à la carte operations as required.

• Culinary certificate/diploma or relevant kitchen experience is preferred.
• Previous experience in a Cold Kitchen or hotel kitchen is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of cold food preparation, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
