• Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, cookware, equipment, and work areas.
• Ensure proper dishwashing, waste disposal, and cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
• Support kitchen operations by maintaining an adequate supply of clean equipment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen supplies as required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Stewarding Supervisor.

• Previous experience in Stewarding or a kitchen environment is an advantage but not required.

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
