[HN] Điều phối viên Bộ phận Kinh doanh - Sales Coordinator

• Support the Sales team by preparing proposals, contracts, quotations, reports, and other sales-related documents while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Coordinate with clients and internal departments to process inquiries, bookings, events, and follow-up activities, ensuring smooth communication throughout the sales process.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and filing systems, ensuring all information is accurate, organized, and properly documented.
• Assist in organizing sales appointments, site inspections, client meetings, promotional activities, and other business development initiatives.
• Monitor sales correspondence through email and telephone, respond to inquiries professionally, and relay information to the appropriate team members.
• Prepare regular sales reports, track business opportunities, and support the Sales Manager with administrative and operational tasks as required.
• Follow company policies, maintain professional appearance and confidentiality, and protect company information and assets.
• Build positive working relationships with colleagues across departments to support business objectives and deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Sales Manager or department leadership.

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Sales, Administration, or Hospitality is an advantage.
• Good communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative systems.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
