• Welcome guests warmly and provide professional food and beverage service according to hotel standards.
• Take orders accurately, serve food and beverages promptly, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Set up, replenish, and maintain restaurant, bar, buffet, or banquet areas before, during, and after service.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
• Respond to guest requests, handle inquiries professionally, and coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure efficient service.
• Process bills and payments accurately using the point-of-sale system when required.
• Follow company policies, food safety, hygiene, and service standards at all times.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or Hospitality is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Basic English communication is preferred.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
