• Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and compliance with hotel standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop restaurant, bar, banquet, and service teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage departmental budgets, food and beverage costs, labor costs, and inventory to maximize profitability.
• Coordinate with the Kitchen, Sales, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of events and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards, food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
• Analyze business performance and implement strategies to improve revenue, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties assigned by hotel management.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, including at least 2 years in a management position.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Good knowledge of restaurant, banquet, and bar operations, as well as cost control and budgeting.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
