Full-Stack Developer, IT

Development, and continuous enhancement of in-house solutions and platforms. This role is responsible for building a strategic enterprise application that serves as the central system for managing customer data, sales activities, customer journeys, engagement, service operations, and business insights.

Strong full-stack development expertise for API’s, AI-powered development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining high standards for quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain an enterprise-grade CRM/CXM platform supporting the full customer lifecycle.
• Build modules for customer management, lead management, sales pipeline, account management, customer service, customer engagement, campaign management, workflows, and analytics.
• Develop intuitive web applications, APIs, and data services using modern full-stack technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into scalable software solutions.
• Develop and maintain APIs, integrations, and data synchronization processes.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, LLM-based coding assistants, agentic AI systems, and similar platforms to accelerate software design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and solution delivery.
• Validate, refine, and optimize AI-generated code to ensure accuracy, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Design and implement integrations with, Contact Center, Communication Platforms, Kiosks, and other enterprise systems.
• Build workflow automation, customer journey orchestration, notifications, approval processes, and business rules engines.
• Develop customer insights, reporting dashboards, KPI tracking, and executive analytics capabilities.
• Optimize database performance, application scalability, and system reliability.
• Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, DevOps processes, deployment planning, and production support.
• Drive the adoption of modern software engineering and AI-assisted development practices across the team
• Manage workload across multi-property deployments and support demands.
• Support time-based project deliverables and operational commitments, ensuring timely delivery of CRM/CXM features, enhancements, integrations, and support activities according to business priorities and demand.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in full-stack web application development.
• Proven experience developing applications, CRM, or workflow-driven systems.
• Database: Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL
• API Development: RESTful APIs, Web Services, Integration Frameworks
• Strong understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, and data governance.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted software development tools and modern development workflows.

Preferred Experience

• Experience designing or implementing CRM and customer experience management platforms.
• Knowledge of customer lifecycle management, customer engagement, sales operations, and service management processes.
• Experience with workflow engines, automation platforms, reporting, and business intelligence solutions.
• Experience with Hospitality, Instant Messaging platforms, and other API systems integrations.
• Experience implementing AI capabilities within customer-facing or data-driven applications.
