Financial & Revenue: Understand and actively work to achieve outlet budget goals while monitoring operational costs.
Training & HR: Attend monthly training sessions and maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, attitude, and grooming.
Guest Service: Ensure full guest satisfaction, loyalty, and recognition by up-selling promotions, handling guest requests, gathering feedback, and reporting comments promptly.
Operations: Deliver smooth, friendly, and efficient service aligned with hotel standards, care for equipment, maintain cleanliness in service areas and the back office, follow management instructions, and execute proper table setups.

Yêu cầu công việc

Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
Good writing skills
Leadership Skills
Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
2 years experience at the fine dining restaurant, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
