Zannier Bãi San Hô is looking for an experienced and hands-on Director of Engineering to lead the overall Engineering operation of the resort.

Ứng viên phù hợp cần có kinh nghiệm vững chắc trong lĩnh vực kỹ thuật khách sạn/khu nghỉ dưỡng, khả năng quản lý đội ngũ, kiểm soát bảo trì phòng ngừa, chi phí vận hành và xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật trong môi trường resort cao cấp.
The ideal candidate should have strong hotel/resort engineering experience, team leadership capability, preventive maintenance discipline, cost awareness and the ability to manage technical issues in a luxury resort environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Quản lý toàn bộ hoạt động Kỹ thuật và Bảo trì của khu nghỉ dưỡng.
  Lead the overall Engineering and Maintenance operation of the resort.
• Đảm bảo các villa, công trình, máy móc, thiết bị, hệ thống tiện ích và kỹ thuật được vận hành an toàn, ổn định và hiệu quả.
  Ensure villas, buildings, equipment, utilities and technical systems are operated safely, reliably and efficiently.
• Xây dựng và kiểm soát chương trình bảo trì phòng ngừa và kế hoạch công việc kỹ thuật hàng ngày.
  Develop and control preventive maintenance programs and daily engineering work plans.
• Dẫn dắt, đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ Kỹ thuật, đảm bảo phân công công việc và bố trí nhân lực hiệu quả.
  Lead, coach and develop the Engineering team, ensuring clear responsibilities and effective manpower deployment.
• Theo dõi tiêu thụ điện, nước, năng lượng và đề xuất các giải pháp tối ưu chi phí.
  Monitor utilities consumption, energy efficiency and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Quản lý các công việc sửa chữa, dự án kỹ thuật, cải tạo và CAPEX theo yêu cầu.
  Manage repairs, technical projects, renovations and CAPEX works as assigned.
• Phối hợp với nhà thầu, nhà cung cấp và các đơn vị dịch vụ kỹ thuật bên ngoài.
  Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and external technical service providers.
• Đảm bảo tuân thủ các yêu cầu về PCCC, an toàn lao động, môi trường và các quy định kỹ thuật liên quan.
  Ensure compliance with fire safety, occupational safety, environmental and relevant technical requirements.
• Duy trì đầy đủ hồ sơ kỹ thuật, lịch kiểm tra, nhật ký bảo trì và hồ sơ pháp lý liên quan.
  Maintain accurate engineering records, inspection schedules, maintenance logs and statutory documentation.
• Phối hợp chặt chẽ với bộ phận Vận hành và các phòng ban nhằm hạn chế tối đa ảnh hưởng đến khách và hoạt động của resort.
  Work closely with Operations and other departments to minimize disruption to guests and resort operations.
• Hỗ trợ các sáng kiến về phát triển bền vững và sử dụng hiệu quả năng lượng, tài nguyên.
  Support sustainability initiatives and responsible use of energy and natural resources.
• Lập ngân sách, dự báo, báo cáo Kỹ thuật và đề xuất giải pháp cho Ban Quản lý.
  Prepare Engineering budgets, forecasts, reports and recommendations to Management.
• Chủ động xử lý sự cố, hư hỏng và các tình huống kỹ thuật khẩn cấp.
  Respond effectively to emergencies, breakdowns and critical operational issues.

• Có kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Giám đốc Kỹ thuật, Trưởng bộ phận Kỹ thuật, Phó Giám đốc Kỹ thuật hoặc vị trí tương đương tại khách sạn/khu nghỉ dưỡng.
  Previous experience as Director of Engineering, Chief Engineer, Assistant Director of Engineering or an equivalent position in a hotel/resort environment.
• Có kiến thức kỹ thuật tốt về hệ thống MEP, điện, nước, HVAC, máy phát điện, bơm và bảo trì công trình khách sạn/resort.
  Strong technical knowledge of hotel/resort MEP systems, electrical, water supply, HVAC, generators, pumps and building maintenance.
• Có kinh nghiệm về bảo trì phòng ngừa và quản lý dự án kỹ thuật.
  Proven experience in preventive maintenance and technical project management.
• Có năng lực quản lý, đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ.
  Strong leadership, coaching and team-management capability.
• Có kiến thức về kiểm soát chi phí kỹ thuật, năng lượng và ngân sách.
  Good understanding of engineering costs, utilities and budget control.
• Hiểu biết về PCCC, an toàn lao động và các quy định kỹ thuật liên quan.
  Knowledge of fire safety, occupational safety and relevant technical compliance requirements.
• Thực tế, chủ động, có khả năng giải quyết vấn đề và làm việc độc lập.
  Practical, proactive, solution-oriented and able to work independently.
• Kinh nghiệm tại resort cao cấp hoặc resort có vị trí vận hành đặc thù là một lợi thế.
  Experience in luxury resorts or remote resort operations is an advantage.
• Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh trong công việc là một lợi thế.
  Workable English communication skills are preferred.
• Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật hoặc có bằng cấp/chứng chỉ chuyên môn phù hợp.
  Relevant technical or engineering qualification is required.
