Head of Spa & Wellness

We are looking for an operationally strong professional who combines luxury spa experience with a genuine passion for spa & wellness, exceptional guest experiences and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily Spa & Wellness operation and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Guide, coach and develop the Spa & Wellness team.
• Maintain service standards, SOPs, hygiene and operational excellence.
• Drive guest engagement, upselling, wellness packages and revenue opportunities.
• Develop and enhance wellness experiences, including yoga, meditation, Pilates, breathwork and other holistic practices.
• Monitor operational performance, budgets, costs, inventory and KPIs.
• Stay current with Spa & Wellness trends and introduce relevant ideas to continuously enhance the offering.

• Previous Spa & Wellness or luxury hospitality experience at supervisory, assistant managerial or managerial level.
• Strong operational, team leadership and guest-relations skills.
• Genuine knowledge of and passion for spa and holistic wellness.
• Certification or experience in Yoga, Meditation, Pilates, Breathwork, Sound Healing, Reiki or other wellness modalities is an advantage.
• Spa therapy knowledge or hands-on experience is an advantage.
• Commercial awareness and a good command of spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Open to local and expatriate candidates currently based in Vietnam.
