Trainee Benefits

• Allowance: VND 1,000,000/month

• Students currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Passionate about the hospitality industry and eager to learn.
• Positive attitude, proactive, responsible, and willing to work as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a professional and fast-paced hotel environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays depending on the department.
• English communication skills are preferred.
• Previous hotel experience is an advantage but not required.
