FO - Night Manager

• Oversee Front Office operations during the night shift.
• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out operations.
• Monitor room availability and room status.
• Ensure accurate guest and reservation information.
• Coordinate overnight operational requirements.

2. Guest Experience

• Welcome and assist guests professionally.
• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly.
• Resolve guest complaints and service issues effectively.
• Follow up on special requests and VIP requirements.
• Ensure a comfortable and seamless overnight experience.

3. Night Audit & Financial Control

• Monitor completion of night audit procedures.
• Review daily Front Office transactions and reports.
• Ensure accuracy of cash handling and financial records.
• Verify room charges and other overnight transactions.
• Report discrepancies to the appropriate department.

4. Team Leadership

• Supervise and support Front Office Associates during the night shift.
• Assign duties and monitor work performance.
• Conduct shift briefings and handovers.
• Coach Associates on service standards and procedures.
• Maintain teamwork and service efficiency.

5. Resort Operations & Safety

• Conduct regular overnight property inspections.
• Monitor safety, security, and service standards.
• Coordinate with Security and Engineering on operational issues.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and incidents.
• Escalate critical issues to the Manager on Duty or relevant management.

6. Communication & Handover

• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Security, Engineering, Finance, and other departments.
• Maintain effective communication with overnight operational teams.
• Record important incidents and outstanding matters.
• Provide accurate shift handover to the day team.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Front Office Manager.

• Working 5.5 days per week.
• Full salary and service charge provided during the probation period.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Hospitality-related qualifications are preferred.

Working experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Office or hotel operations.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience working night shifts in an international resort is an advantage.

Professional knowledge and skills:

• Good knowledge of Front Office operations and night procedures.
• Knowledge of room inventory and reservation processes.
• Understanding of night audit and cashiering procedures.
• Familiarity with PMS and Front Office systems.
• Strong guest service and problem-solving skills.
• Good leadership and team coordination skills.
