Supervise daily restaurant operations and service staff
Maintain high service quality and hospitality standards
Handle customer complaints professionally and provide quick solutions
Conduct staff briefings and assign daily duties
Monitor staff attendance, uniform, hygiene, and performance
Coordinate between service, kitchen, and cashier teams
Check dining area cleanliness and table setup
Support busy service periods and ensure customer satisfaction
Report daily operational issues to Restaurant Manager/Director

Yêu cầu công việc
- Male or female candidates can apply.
- Minimum 1–2 years restaurant/hospitality experience preferred.
- Good leadership and team-management skills.
- Good customer-service and problem-solving ability.
- Good English communication; Vietnamese required.
- Responsible, professional and able to work under pressure.
