Chief Engineer - Viêng Chăn, Lào

- Ensure the preventive maintenance programmed being implemented according to the schedule.

- Recommend for any adjustment/modification regarding the system to achieve improvement.

- Work out the systematic maintenance plan.

- Oversee immediate rectification of technical malfunction and repair requirements.

- Provide directions to resolve technical problems referred.

- To offer all assistance possible to guests.

- To prevent possible technical failures, to avoid interruption of building operation, to ensure Department’s overall efficiency.

- Oversee training to Engineering staff and other departments.

- To ensure the safety of Tenants and staff.

- Ensure discipline, rules & regulations, policies & procedures of Engineering department being followed.

- Spearhead the energy and water conservation program.

- Follow up any additional requests from residents.

- Work out budgets (Opex and Capex) of Engineering department.

- Perform as “Manager on Duty” when assigned.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.

- Previous experience in a similar role within hotels or hospitality establishments is preferred.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
