Prepare, update, organize, and maintain departmental documents, forms, notices, and reports.
Receive, record, and distribute information and requests to the relevant engineering team members.
Manage the Chief Engineer’s / Engineering Manager’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Prepare meeting documents and take meeting minutes when required.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensure timely communication within the department.
Receive and monitor Work Orders / Maintenance Requests from various hotel departments.
Record and update the status of maintenance requests.
Coordinate with Engineering Technicians and relevant departments to ensure maintenance tasks are completed within the required timeframe.
Follow up on outstanding work orders and provide regular updates to the Engineering Manager / Chief Engineer.
Maintain an updated record of completed and pending maintenance work.
