Cluster Heartist Experience Supervisor

• ​Supervise the daily operations of the Heartist House (Staff Dormitory), ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, hygiene, and maintenance.
• ​Manage room allocations, check-in, and check-out procedures for new joiners, interns, and departing staff.
• ​Conduct regular inspections of dormitory rooms, communal areas, Heartist Canteen, and recreational facilities; coordinate with Engineering and Housekeeping for prompt repairs and maintenance.
• ​Oversee dormitory rules and regulations enforcement, maintaining a harmonious, respectful, and safe living environment for all residents.
• ​Manage welfare facilities and services, including staff transportation/shuttle bus, locker rooms, and Heartist Canteen standards.

• ​Assist in organizing and executing staff activities, monthly Heartist celebrations, sports events, team-building activities, and CSR programs.
• ​Act as the key contact point for employee feedback regarding living conditions, canteen meals, and staff facilities, proactively resolving issues or escalating to T&C Management.
• ​Drive Heartist recognition programs (e.g., Heartist of the Month, service anniversary celebrations).
• ​Coordinate the onboarding integration for new joiners regarding housing, transportation, and resort facilities orientation.

• ​Maintain accurate inventory records of dormitory assets, linen, appliances, and room keys.
• ​Manage staff housing budget and operational supplies efficiently.
• ​Prepare monthly reports on Heartist House occupancy, maintenance requests, and welfare activity feedback.
• ​Ensure compliance with local housing regulations, fire safety, and emergency protocols at the Heartist House.

• Relevant educational background, vocational training, academic degree, or professional
• qualification applicable to the position and commensurate with the position level
• Relevant experience in a similar position and/or within a similar scale of operation, commensurate
• with the position level.
• Good knowledge of relevant SOPs, operational standards, health & safety requirements, and
• workplace regulations.
• Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
• Strong commitment to service excellence and professional standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Relevant professional certifications and English proficiency are advantages, depending on the
• position.
