Food & Beverage Attendant

• Perform opening/closing side duties as assigned and set all tables according to standards and procedures.
• ​Deliver F&B services in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.
• ​Check table setting, cleanliness, and side station preparation as per workstation assigned prior to the start of operation.
• ​Greet all patrons warmly upon arrival at the door and escort them to the table.
• ​Ensure that all food & beverage are served according to service standards.
• ​Apply necessary precautions with regards to hotel food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
• ​Pick up and serve food and beverage orders. Ensure that food and beverages are served promptly to guests once ready, arriving at the patrons’ table at the correct temperature.
• ​Try to remember individual patrons' names and preferences to extend a personalized service.
• ​Up-sell and promote food and beverage offers at every available opportunity in order to maximize sales revenue. Cross-sell other dining venues when the outlet is full.
• ​Thank all patrons for patronizing the outlet upon their departure.
• ​Clear and tidy up tables after the departure of patrons as quickly as possible to the stewarding area.
• ​Collect food and beverage supply requisitions, ensuring stock collected matches the requisition.
• ​Report any complaints, incidents, or other irregularities to management.
• ​Assist other Food & Beverage outlets with their operations during peak times or when required.

• Relevant educational background, vocational training, academic degree, or professional
• qualification applicable to the position and commensurate with the position level
• Relevant experience in a similar position and/or within a similar scale of operation, commensurate
• with the position level.
• Good knowledge of relevant SOPs, operational standards, health & safety requirements, and
• workplace regulations.
• Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
• Strong commitment to service excellence and professional standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Relevant professional certifications and English proficiency are advantages, depending on the
• position.
