Cluster General Cashier

• Collect and check daily remittances in the presence of a witness.
• ​Ensure sufficient change is available for all operational cashiers.
• ​Update foreign exchange rates daily and execute bank deposits as required.
• ​Prepare the General Cashier Daily Report accurately.
• ​Reimburse Front Office cashiers for approved disbursements.
• ​Process petty cash payments on designated schedule days.
• ​Balance cash funds on a daily basis.
• ​Conduct unannounced surprise float counts for all cashier holding floats, including non-operational departments like Talent & Culture and Security.
• ​Maintain overage and shortage records for each cashier and submit review documentation to the Financial Controller.
• ​Update all cashier float records on a monthly basis.
• ​Track and maintain records for casual labor payments, valet dockets, official receipt books, and movement logs.

• Relevant educational background, vocational training, academic degree, or professional
• qualification applicable to the position and commensurate with the position level
• Relevant experience in a similar position and/or within a similar scale of operation, commensurate
• with the position level.
• Good knowledge of relevant SOPs, operational standards, health & safety requirements, and
• workplace regulations.
• Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
• Strong commitment to service excellence and professional standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Relevant professional certifications and English proficiency are advantages, depending on the
• position.
