HR - Recruitment Intern

• Assist in posting job vacancies on recruitment channels.
• Support candidate sourcing and CV screening.
• Maintain and update candidate information.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and departments.
• Assist with recruitment events and career fairs.

Interview & Candidate Coordination

• Contact candidates regarding interview arrangements.
• Prepare interview schedules and related documents.
• Welcome candidates and support the interview process.
• Follow up with candidates on recruitment status.
• Maintain a professional candidate experience.

Onboarding Support

• Assist in preparing onboarding documents.
• Coordinate joining arrangements with relevant departments.
• Support orientation and induction activities.
• Follow up on required recruitment documentation.

Recruitment Administration

• Maintain recruitment files and candidate records.
• Update recruitment reports and tracking files.
• Assist with recruitment data entry and reporting.
• Support preparation of recruitment-related documents.
• Ensure confidentiality of candidate information.

Teamwork & Communication

• Work closely with Human Resources and relevant departments to support recruitment activities.
• Coordinate with HODs on interview schedules and manpower requirements.
• Support HR activities and recruitment projects.
• Participate in departmental meetings and training.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Recruitment Manager/Supervisor.

• Monthly allowance 2.500.000 - 3.500.000
• Working time: 9.5 hours/day, 2 days off per week

Working experience:

• No prior work experience is required.

• Previous internship or recruitment experience is an advantage.

Professional knowledge and skills:

• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR practices.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.

• Good organizational and administrative skills.

• Willingness to learn and develop in Human Resources.
