Mô tả công việc

  • Develop and execute revenue, pricing, and distribution strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, demand, booking pace, and competitor rates.
  • Prepare revenue forecasts, reports, and pricing recommendations.
  • Manage reservation operations and system accuracy.
  • Lead, train, and evaluate the Reservations/Revenue team.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to maximize revenue and profitability.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management
  • Prior experience in Revenue Management is an asset. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
  • High degree of professionalism with sound human resources management and business acumen capabilities.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills.
  • Good communication and customer contact skills.
  • Ability to work well in stressful & high-pressure situations.
