Mô tả công việc
- Support the Director of Sales in developing and executing sales strategies and revenue targets.
- Manage and develop key corporate, leisure, MICE, and travel trade accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.
- Lead, coach, and coordinate the Sales team to achieve departmental and hotel objectives.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal skills.
- Good communication and customer contact skills.
- Ability to work well in stressful & high-pressure situations.
