Yoga & Wellness Instructor

• Conduct group and private yoga classes for guests of all skill levels.
• Plan and deliver wellness activities such as stretching, meditation, breathing exercises, and mindfulness sessions.
• Adapt class content to suit guests' ages, fitness levels, and health conditions.
• Encourage guest participation and create a positive, engaging atmosphere.

Guest Experience

• Provide personalized wellness recommendations and guidance to guests.
• Build strong relationships with guests and respond professionally to inquiries.
• Promote wellness programs, classes, and special activities within the resort.
• Ensure guests receive exceptional service in line with hotel standards.

Safety & Facility Management

• Ensure all classes are conducted safely and in accordance with established guidelines.
• Monitor guest well-being during activities and provide appropriate support when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of yoga and wellness facilities.
• Inspect and care for yoga equipment and wellness materials.

Administrative Duties

• Maintain attendance records and activity reports.
• Support the development of wellness schedules and seasonal programs.
• Assist in organizing wellness events, workshops, and special guest activities.
• Coordinate with other departments to enhance guest wellness experiences.

• Certified Yoga Instructor (Yoga Alliance certification or equivalent preferred).
• Previous experience teaching yoga in a hotel, resort, fitness center, or wellness facility is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of yoga practices, meditation, breathing techniques, and wellness principles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
