Team Leader - Human Resources (Human Resources Supervisor)

• Review and verify attendance, overtime, night work, allowances, deductions, unpaid leave and other payroll-related data.
• Supervise the monthly payroll process for all hotel colleagues, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Monitor salary adjustments, promotions, transfers, new hires and termination settlements.
• Administer employee benefits including insurance, staff meals, uniforms, parking and other hotel benefits.
• Handle colleagues’ inquiries regarding salary, Service Charge, benefits, leave and payroll matters professionally and promptly.
• Manage monthly Social Insurance, Health Insurance and Unemployment Insurance processes.
• Manage Personal Income Tax (PIT) calculation, withholding, declaration and support annual tax finalization.
• Prepare supporting documents and coordinate HR/Finance activities for internal and external audits.
• Prepare and submit relevant report accurate and timely.
• Ensure C&B practices are aligned with Hyatt policies, hotel procedures and Vietnamese legislation.
• Support the Director of Human Resources / HR Manager in HR projects and other assignments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Payroll & C&B, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a hotel/resort or hospitality environment is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor, social insurance and personal income tax regulations.
• Strong Excel, Word skills, including formulas, data reconciliation and payroll analysis.
• Experience with Cadena/ PeopleSoft systems is an advantage.
• Good English, particularly for HR communication and reporting
