BUTLER – AMBASSADOR OVERNIGHT CRUISE

• Provide personalized and attentive service to assigned guests throughout their cruise journey.
• Welcome guests onboard, assist with check-in, cabin orientation, and introduce onboard facilities and services.
• Take care of guests throughout their stay, proactively identifying their preferences and individual needs.
• Assist guests with dining arrangements, activities, special occasions, and other onboard requests.
• Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Front Office, F&B, Kitchen, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
• Regularly check guest satisfaction and promptly respond to requests, feedback, or service issues.
• Maintain professional communication with guests and build positive guest relationships while respecting guest privacy.
• Support embarkation and disembarkation procedures and ensure a smooth guest journey from arrival to departure.
• Maintain Ambassador Cruise’s service standards, grooming standards, and professional image at all times.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Cruise Manager or onboard management team.

• Previous experience as a Butler, Guest Relations Officer, Front Office Agent, F&B Service Staff, or similar guest-facing position in a 4–5-star hotel, luxury resort, or cruise operation is preferred.
• Strong passion for hospitality and personalized guest service.
• Good English communication skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
• Professional appearance, grooming, and communication skills.
• Friendly, attentive, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Able to anticipate guest needs and handle requests professionally.
• Good teamwork and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to the operational environment onboard.
• Willing to work onboard according to cruise schedules and rotations.
