Marketing Executive / Chuyên Viên Marketing

• Produce engaging photos, short-form videos and Reels for guestrooms, F&B outlets, lifestyle experiences, events and promotional campaigns.

• Independently capture food, people, hotel spaces, events and authentic guest experiences for ongoing social media content.

• Edit short-form videos and photos, and adapt basic creative assets using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva or equivalent software.

• Maintain an organized and up-to-date photo and video asset library.

Social Media & Digital Content

• Support the execution of monthly social media and marketing plans across hotel and F&B channels.

• Manage assigned social media accounts, including content scheduling, publishing and basic community engagement.

• Stay updated on social media trends, Reel formats and emerging content styles, and translate relevant trends into hotel, F&B and lifestyle content.

• Update promotional content across digital screens and assigned hotel guest touchpoints, ensuring expired materials are removed promptly.

Hotel & F&B Marketing

• Support marketing campaigns for guestrooms, F&B outlets, spa, rooftop bar, lifestyle experiences, weddings, MICE and hotel events across online and offline channels.

• Support the development and adaptation of promotional materials while ensuring compliance with Marriott and Sheraton brand guidelines.

Marketing Administration

• Support marketing administration including quotations, contracts, purchase requests and payment documentation.

• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Marketing.

• At least 1 year of experience in Marketing, Social Media, Content Creation or a similar role; experience in hospitality, F&B, restaurant or lifestyle brands is preferred.

• Fresh graduates with a strong marketing background and an impressive photography/video/content portfolio are also welcome.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality, Multimedia or a related field is preferred.

Technical & Creative Skills

• Good photography and videography skills are essential.

• Able to independently shoot food, people, lifestyle experiences, hotel spaces and events.

• Good understanding of composition, lighting, visual aesthetics and vertical/mobile-first content.

• Able to edit short-form videos/Reels and perform basic photo retouching.

• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva or equivalent creative tools.

• Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram and current social media/content trends.

• Strong visual sense with the ability to turn everyday hotel experiences into engaging social content.

• Good copywriting and speaking skills in both Vietnamese and English.

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and storytelling.

• Able to manage multiple assignments and work effectively in a fast-paced hotel environment.
