URGENT_OUTLETS MANAGER

Position Summary:

The Outlets Manager is responsible for setting up the basic operational foundation during the pre-opening phase and managing the daily operations of all food & beverage outlets across the retreat.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Opening Setup & Foundation

Set up practical daily outlet operations, service workflows, and basic standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Build, recruit, and onboard the outlet service workforce.

Coordinate the setup and configuration of the POS system using Smile PMS/POS software.

Oversee initial operating equipment (OS&E) setup and inventory readiness for all outlets.

Daily Operations & Management

Lead daily front-of-house operations across all dining outlets to ensure smooth service and high guest satisfaction.

Monitor basic operational costs, stock usage, and waste control across outlets.

Supervise, schedule, and coach outlet staff to maintain consistency and efficiency.

Experience: Experience working in restaurants/outlets at international hotels or resorts (high-end/luxury experience not strictly required).

Technical Skills: Hands-on experience or familiarity with the Smile POS/PMS system.

Pre-Opening: Direct background in pre-opening setup and team building.

Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Hospitality or related field, with strong practical leadership and communication skills
