In the absence of a supervisor, conducts shift briefings to ensure all staff is aware of VIPs, special occasions, daily specials, emphasis on upselling certain products, etc.
Be a hands-on supervisor and be present in the Outlet, especially during busy periods.
Ensure availability of workforce supplies and equipment to ensure a positive guest experience
Support to handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries courteously and efficiently, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily

Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field
At least 1 year of experience in F&B department of hotel environment
Ability to use restaurant management software
Must be able to communicate, read and write English
Problem-solving and training abilities
Willing to work shifts on weekends and public holidays
