TEAM LEADER - ENGINEERING/ Giám sát kỹ thuật

• Oversee the operation, installation, repair, and maintenance of all hotel engineering systems, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, kitchen, and utility equipment.
• Supervise daily Engineering operations, ensuring maintenance requests are prioritized and completed efficiently to support smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment, machinery, guestrooms, plant rooms, and building systems.
• Lead, train, and evaluate Engineering team members, ensuring high performance, compliance, and adherence to hotel standards.
• Monitor utility consumption, record daily readings, and propose energy-saving initiatives to improve operational efficiency and cost control.
• Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety regulations, fire and life safety standards, and manufacturer-recommended operating procedures.
• Respond promptly to guest and operational requests while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-maintained working environment throughout the hotel.
