Mô tả công việc
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and promotional campaigns
- Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and hotel website
- Coordinate with design teams and agencies to produce marketing materials (flyers, banners, videos, etc.)
- Monitor and manage the hotel’s social media accounts, responding to comments and messages
- Support public relations efforts, including press releases, media coordination, and influencer engagement
- Collaborate with F&B, Rooms, and Spa departments to promote seasonal offers and events
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels and materials
- Assist in organizing hotel-sponsored events, photo shoots, and community activities
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and guest preferences
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with brand guidelines and hotel standards

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in events, banquets, or guest services in a hotel environment
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
