URGENT_F&B SUPERVISOR

- Allocate manpower and coordinate staff duties during each shift; monitor grooming, discipline, attendance, and overall staff performance.

- Ensure high standards of service quality and guest experience; actively participate in service operations during peak periods.

- Handle guest feedback, requests, and complaints during the shift; report significant issues to management and coordinate appropriate resolutions.

- Coordinate closely with the Kitchen, Bar, and Stewarding teams to ensure accurate, timely, and smooth food and beverage delivery.

- Monitor daily/shift sales performance; support upselling and cross-selling initiatives and ensure all promotions are implemented correctly.

- Monitor the proper use and condition of equipment, control breakage and consumables, and support receiving, stocktaking, and inventory control as assigned.

- Support the training, coaching, and development of team members in service skills, menu knowledge, product knowledge, hygiene, and safety procedures.

- Prepare and submit shift/daily reports covering guest covers, revenue, incidents, guest feedback, operational issues, and improvement actions.

- Ensure compliance with the resort’s standards, policies, hygiene requirements, and health and safety regulations.

- Maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations and a seamless guest experience.

- Minimum 1 years' experience as an F&B Supervisor/Captain.

- Strong understanding of outlet operations and service standards; Food Safety/HACCP knowledge is an advantage.

- Proven skills in shift leadership, team management, problem-solving and guest complaint handling.

- Strong communication and service mindset; able to work under peak-hour pressure and flexible with shifts.

- Basic to good spoken English (depending on guest profile).

- Proficient in POS and basic MS Office; capable of reporting.

- Physically fit, positive attitude and strong teamwork.
