Senior Learning & Development Executive

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a hands-on Learning & Development professional who can turn service and operation needs into practical and engaging learning experiences. You should be confident in facilitation, understand service-driven environments, and know how to make learning relevant, simple, and applicable to daily work.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1- Learning Needs & Program Design

• Identify service and operation needs through discussions with managers, employee feedback, customer rating review and business priorities.
• Design and develop training content, facilitator guides, activities, case studies, role-plays, and other learning materials.
• Continuously review and improve learning programs based on feedback and evolving business needs.

• Facilitate classroom training, workshops, role-plays, and other interactive learning sessions.
• Adapt training methods and content to different audiences, with a strong focus on frontline and Operations teams.
• Provide follow-up support and coaching to reinforce learning applications after training.
• Design and delivery of new hire unforgettable orientation programs.

3- Corporation Culture

• Contribute to initiatives that strengthen company culture, values, service mindset, and employee experience.
• Support Talent & Culture projects and internal engagement activities when required.

4- Learning Effectiveness & Coordination

• Track training participation, learner feedback, and program effectiveness.
• Maintain training schedules, materials, records, and related documentation.
• Work closely with HR, Operations, and relevant stakeholders to ensure learning programs address actual business needs.
• Prepare regular training updates and reports for the Talent & Culture Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in training facilitation and content development.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Background in Hospitality, Retail, F&B, Service, or multi-site/chain businesses is a strong advantage.
• Energetic, engaging, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with Canva or LMS platforms is a plus.
• English proficiency is an advantage.
