DIRECTOR OF ENTERTAINMENT (EXPAT)

• Develop and execute the overall Entertainment strategy and concept, aligned with the Company’s brand positioning and business objectives.

• Lead the day-to-day operations of clubs, beach clubs, nightlife venues, and entertainment spaces, ensuring smooth, high-quality operations.

• Develop and manage entertainment programming, including DJs, live performances, artists, events, themed nights, and special activations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with DJs, artists, performers, agencies, promoters, and entertainment partners locally and internationally.

• Drive revenue, guest spending, venue performance, and profitability through effective entertainment programming and commercial strategies.

• Work closely with F&B, Marketing, Brand, Operations, and Commercial teams to create integrated campaigns and memorable guest experiences.

• Establish and maintain SOPs, service standards, operational procedures, and entertainment quality standards.

• Recruit, train, lead, and develop the Entertainment and venue teams, building a high-performing and professional culture.

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and international nightlife concepts to continuously introduce new ideas, experiences, and entertainment formats.

• Oversee event execution, ensuring guest safety, service quality, operational efficiency, and brand standards.

• Manage entertainment budgets, artist fees, production costs, and other operational expenses to ensure optimal ROI.

• Support new venue openings, concept development, entertainment planning, and operational setup as required.

• Expat candidate with proven experience in Club, Beach Club, Nightlife, Entertainment, or Hospitality operations.

• Strong track record of managing or leading clubs and beach clubs in Bali, Thailand, or other leading international nightlife destinations.

• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience, with solid experience in a senior management/director-level position.

• Strong understanding of nightlife culture, entertainment programming, guest experience, and F&B operations.

• Established network of international DJs, artists, performers, promoters, and entertainment partners is highly preferred.

• Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to drive revenue, improve profitability, and create high-impact entertainment concepts.

• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Creative, energetic, commercially driven, and highly adaptable in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Strong understanding of international hospitality standards and premium guest experiences.
