1. Operational Management

• Ensure all mise-en-place for cocktails and beverages is prepared before service.
• Supervise bar setup and staffing to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
• Monitor stock levels, ordering, inventory control, and cost management to maximize profitability.
• Conduct daily briefings to update the team on VIP guests, special requests, and operational matters.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all bar areas.

2. Team Leadership & Training

• Provide training and guidance to bartenders and bar team leaders.
• Monitor team performance and report progress to management.
• Ensure team members maintain grooming standards and professional conduct.

3. Administrative & General Duties

• Oversee shift handover and closing procedures.
• Maintain strong knowledge of resort facilities and services.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management.

• Full high school education and completion of his or her chosen academics.
• Two years or more of experience in a host/hostess role or similar.
• Full knowledge of the operations of restaurant and bar procedures, set up and service in addition to the resort’s policies, any courses relating to further knowledge of restaurant service.
• Very good command over written and spoken English.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to multitask.
• Heavy lifting of materials up to 25lbs may be required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
