Mô tả công việc
- To contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Division.
- Receive and consolidate recruitment requests from departments.
- Develop and execute recruitment plans through suitable channels (website, social media, job fairs,
- universities, etc.).
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with Department Heads.
- Track and report recruitment progress.
- Prepare offer letters, inform candidates of results, and coordinate onboarding procedures.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in Recruitment.
- Previous experience in a hotel/resort or hospitality environment is highly preferred.
- Good communication in both English and Vietnamese
- Good management skill
