Mô tả công việc
- Maintain accurate room rates, availability, inventory, and restrictions across OTAs, the brand website, and other distribution channels.
- Support the setup and maintenance of room types, rate plans, packages, and promotions across booking platforms.
- Monitor rate parity and availability consistency, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate timely corrections.
- Check connectivity and mapping between the Property Management System (PMS), Central Reservation System (CRS), channel manager, and distribution partners.
- Coordinate with Revenue, Reservations, Sales, and hotel teams to implement approved pricing and distribution updates.
- Keep hotel descriptions, room information, images, and booking policies accurate and consistent across online channels.
- Liaise with OTA market managers and technology providers to resolve booking, content, and connectivity issues.
- Prepare regular reports on channel performance, booking trends, and distribution costs.
- Support distribution setup for new hotel openings and system transitions.
- Follow approved access controls and maintain clear records of system changes.

Yêu cầu công việc
- College diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in hotel distribution, e-commerce, reservations, or revenue support.
- Familiarity with OTA extranets, channel managers, PMS, or CRS platforms.
- Basic understanding of rate plans, room inventory, rate parity, and online booking processes.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data and systems.
- Good Excel skills; experience preparing performance reports is an advantage.
- Good English communication and writing skills.
- Proactive, organized, and able to coordinate effectively with multiple teams.
- Experience supporting multiple properties or hotel pre-openings is an advantage.
