• Lead and host guest excursions in the sea (snorkeling, fishing and etc), hiking tours, sport & beach activities.
• Create engaging and personalized guest experiences.
• Share knowledge of local culture, nature, and attractions.
• Ensure guest safety and follow activity procedures.
• Prepare and maintain activity equipment.
• Coordinate bookings and support smooth activity operations.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marine life, tour guiding, hospitality, recreation, or a related role.
• Boat captain license or Scuba Diving/Free diving certification.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Swimming ability and comfortable working outdoors.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Additional languages and First Aid training are an advantage.
