Finance Executive

2.1 Develop and execute the annual budgeting and financial forecasting processes.

2.2 Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identify variances, and provide meaningful insights and recommendations.

2.3 Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and long-term business planning.

2.4 Oversee the preparation of detailed budgets for all departments and the overall organization.

2.5 Monitor business performance and identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and cost optimization.

2.6 Oversee financial and operational accounting activities, including purchasing, cost control, monthly accounts, balance sheets, cash flow, flash reports, payroll, cash management, and budgeting.

2.7 Provide financial guidance to support business decisions by ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.

2.8 Ensure the monthly accounting closing process is completed accurately and on time.

2.9 Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.

2.10 Lead financial planning and analysis by evaluating business performance, financial risks, and future opportunities.

2.11 Coordinate and support internal and external audit activities and ensure timely follow-up on audit findings.

2.12 Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operational and business requirements.

2.13 Prepare accurate and timely financial reports in accordance with corporate and owner requirements.

2.14 Coordinate and support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.

2.15 Participate in cross-functional teams to provide financial expertise and guidance

2.16 Collaborate with department heads to review and manage their budgets effectively.

2.17 Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned in support of strategic and operational goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive finance experience, preferably within the F&B or hospitality sector.
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and financial systems (ERP experience required).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into strategic insights.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
