• Manage and oversee all Loss Prevention and Security operations within the hotel.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests, associates, hotel property, and assets.
• Develop and implement security procedures, risk prevention measures, and emergency response plans.
• Monitor and investigate incidents, losses, accidents, and security-related cases.
• Conduct regular security inspections and identify potential risks or vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and local authorities when handling security incidents.
• Lead, train, and develop the Loss Prevention/Security team.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports related to security incidents and loss prevention.

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Loss Prevention, Security, Risk Management, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of security procedures, risk assessment, incident investigation, and emergency response.
• Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle sensitive or confidential matters professionally.
• Good command of English and Vietnamese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant security/reporting systems.
