Engineering Supervisor

2.1 Conducts and coordinates with the management team all maintenance and repairs activities in the venues.

2.2 Fix the mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and landscaping problems of the venues in order to solve any occurring maintenance problem.

2.3 Manages and liaises with maintenance contractors when it is necessary and approved by the management.

2.4 Performs on site coordination of rehabilitation works, or other significant maintenance works.

2.5 Prepares maintenance and repairs reports, statistics and expenses breakdown.

2.6 Maintains the inventory of tools and material needed for immediate maintenance cases.

2.7 Maintains proper documentation and filing of all maintenance work conducted on facility equipment.

2.8 Carries out routine preventive maintenance and minor repair works.

2.9 Supervises staff and contractors and lead the team to ensure maintenance programs are carried out effectively and efficiently.

2.10 Helps develop maintenance procedures effectively by providing useful adjustments and ideas.

2.11 React quickly and efficiently to any breakdown in order not to cause any shortage in the operations department.

2.12 Schedules round the clock employee coverage.

2.13 Assures that the workshop is well stocked with tools and spare parts.

2.14 Assist the project manager and works with the cleaning supervisor to maintain a clean and hazard & pest free facility.

2.15 Perform other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.

• At least 3 years’ experience in maintenance and repairs, of which 2 years in a supervisory position within a leading company.
• Computer literates include knowledge of MS Office & maintenance and repairs tools and material.
• Excellent communication skills and follow up.
• Ability to work under stress in a teamwork environment.
• Well experienced in leading and motivating people.
