Marketing Executive

• Works under the direction of Marketing Manager to help reach the company's marketing goals and objectives.
• Organizes and plans the production of all major marketing materials by working closely with printers, sponsors, and other involved parties.
• Manage all social media platforms from creating monthly calendars, replying to all messages, updating the platforms’ information, uploading stories, scheduling posts, monitoring performance, boost campaigns etc.
• Assist with the venues day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects, activities, activations and promotions.
• Communicate the flow and news of marketing activations across the other departments.
• Liaise with the PR agency to keep all online listings for marketing activations updated.
• Liaise with the PR agency to plan and secure media coverage (online and offline).
• Liaise with the PR agency to plan and secure media/blogger/influencer invites for reviews.
• Help to plan promotional events for media/bloggers/influencers hosted by the company's marketing department.
• Assists in creating promotional materials, including brochures, marketing copy, etc.
• Compile and submit monthly marketing reports related to marketing such as monthly activations and social media performance.
• Continually research and study the market promotions and be on top of the competition’s activities, promotions, pricing and offers. Track the competitor activity by combining market trends.
• Very strong social media skills and knowledge of ads is required.
• Organize, track and maintain all relevant to marketing folders (online and offline) and paperwork.
• Keep all websites updated with the right information about the venues using Wordpress, Squarespace and any other platforms chosen.
• Place and track orders for any collateral needs such as menus, flyers, business cards etc.
• Create and keep updated activations calendar regarding marketing initiatives.
• Create content, plan and draft the monthly social media calendars.
• Flexibility to take on board new brands.
• Whenever necessary, act as liaison between the owning company, Sunset Hospitality Group and the venues on marketing and communication matters.
• Perform other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.

• Degree in fields related to Marketing, Communication and Business
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience
• Experience working in the leisure, tourism or hospitality industry
