Income Auditor Supervisor

• Supervise daily income audit activities and ensure accurate recording of all hotel revenue.
• Review and verify daily revenue from Front Office, F&B, Spa, and other operating departments.
• Reconcile daily revenue between PMS, POS, payment systems, and accounting records.
• Review cash, credit card, bank, and other payment transactions and investigate discrepancies.
• Verify discounts, rebates, voids, complimentary transactions, refunds, and adjustments.
• Prepare and review daily revenue reports, flash reports, and other management reports.
• Monitor revenue postings and ensure all transactions are properly supported and authorized.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, internal controls, and accounting procedures.
• Identify revenue discrepancies, irregularities, and potential control issues and follow up with relevant departments.
• Coordinate with Front Office, F&B, Sales, Spa, and other departments to resolve revenue-related issues.
• Support month-end closing and revenue reconciliation activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for internal and external audits.
• Assist in developing and implementing revenue audit procedures and controls during the pre-opening phase.
• Lead, train, and support the Income Audit team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Support the Finance team with ad hoc analysis and financial reporting as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Income Audit, Revenue Audit, or hotel accounting, preferably in a 5-star hotel or international resort.
• Strong understanding of hotel revenue cycles, PMS, POS, and payment systems.
• Good knowledge of revenue reconciliation, internal controls, and accounting procedures.
• Familiarity with Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous pre-opening hotel/resort experience is an advantage.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
