Front Office and Guest Experience Executive

We are looking for a Front Office & Guest Experience Executive to be the first point of contact for our clients, partners and guests. This role combines front office, guest experience and workplace operations, with a strong focus on serving international clients in a polished luxury environment.

1. Guest Experience & Front Office

• Welcome and assist clients, guests, partners and visitors.

• Handle reception, calls, enquiries, visitor registration and meeting arrangements.

• Communicate confidently in English with international guests and clients.

• Support VIP visits, client meetings and events with discretion and attention to detail.

• Anticipate guest needs and resolve service issues professionally.

2. Office & Workplace Operations

• Maintain the presentation and readiness of reception, meeting rooms and common areas.

• Manage pantry, office supplies, refreshments and workplace needs.

• Coordinate vendors, building management and maintenance matters.

• Support meeting, catering and office event arrangements.

• Coordinate the Tea Lady and maintain service standards.

3. Administration & Coordination

• Maintain relevant visitor, meeting and office records.

• Coordinate with HR, Sales, Marketing and Operations.

• Identify practical improvements to guest experience and office operations.

• Regular exposure to international clients, partners and high-value clientele.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality, front office, guest relations, concierge, premium retail or other client-facing service roles.

• Strong spoken English and confidence communicating with international guests/clients.

• Experience working with foreign or international guests/customers.

• Strong service mindset with professional communication and presentation.

• Pleasant, polished appearance and appropriate grooming for a luxury client-facing environment.

• Strong organization, attention to detail and multitasking ability.

• Proactive, responsible and willing to take ownership beyond routine tasks.

• Calm, courteous and solution-oriented under pressure.

• Good command of Microsoft Office and common workplace tools.

• High standards of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred

• Background in 4–5 star hotels, luxury hospitality, fine dining, premium retail, aviation, banking or other luxury services.

• Experience serving VIP, executive or high-value clients.

• Experience in an international or multicultural environment.

• Additional foreign language skills.
