• Prepare and serve beverages efficiently while ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
• Take orders and provide professional service to guests at the bar counter.
• Maintain proper bar setup, workstation organization and beverage display according to Sofitel brand standards.
• Ensure smooth team communication and support daily bar operations.
• Manage beverage requisitions, stock, empty bottles, glassware and general bar supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, including cleaning and polishing glassware and disposing of waste.
• Follow hotel HACCP, hygiene, safety and operational standards throughout beverage preparation.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and report them to the Bar Manager.
• Apply knowledge and skills gained from training to daily operations.

• At least 1 year experience at the same position in luxury hotels
• Experience in F&B field is an advantage.
• Good English is a must

• Able to work shift
