Mô tả công việc
- Plan and execute Digital Marketing campaigns across domestic and international digital channels.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize digital marketing performance while coordinating with agencies and partners to achieve campaign KPIs.
- Plan and implement OOH advertising and brand communication campaigns, including billboards, LED/LCD screens, POSM, buses, taxis, airports, hotels, and other outdoor media channels.
- Coordinate with media agencies, newspapers, magazines, KOLs/KOCs, and advertising partners to execute PR campaigns, media bookings, and brand communication activities.
- Develop and implement marketing plans for promotional campaigns, seasonal activations, events, and brand initiatives.
- Coordinate and support the organization of events, travel fairs, customer engagement programs, and internal marketing activities.
- Manage and execute sponsorship projects, ensuring brand exposure and fulfillment of sponsorship benefits.
- Negotiate, coordinate, and maintain strong relationships with hotels, media partners, suppliers, government authorities, and other external stakeholders.
- Handle Marketing administrative tasks, including contracts, purchase orders (POs), payments, advertising permits, legal documentation, budget tracking, and document filing.
- Coordinate with printing vendors and suppliers to produce marketing materials such as POSM, brochures, banners, standees, and promotional items.
- Monitor project timelines, prepare campaign performance reports, and recommend improvements to maximize marketing effectiveness.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Work at Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc.
- Bachelor's or College degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Marketing Executive or similar role. Experience in Hospitality, Resorts, Casinos, Tourism, FMCG, Real Estate, or Marketing Agencies is an advantage.
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing, PR, Advertising, Events, OOH campaigns, and integrated marketing communications.
- Experience working with media agencies, press, suppliers, advertising partners, and event organizers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word). Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Strong English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with confidence in working directly with international partners, clients, and suppliers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and situational handling skills, especially during campaign execution and event operations.
- Good planning, organizational, and project management abilities with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative marketing mindset with an understanding of current digital and communication trends.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible in managing contracts, documentation, and budgets.
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Outgoing, energetic, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, suitable for a hospitality and events environment.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, when required for events or marketing campaigns.
- Willing to travel for business when necessary.
