Security Manager (Trưởng bộ phận an ninh)

Security Manager is accountable for developing and implementing effective procedures to ensure that the guests and Wink’s property are protected, whilst also ensuring a safe environment for Wink’s colleague and guests alike. This position is in charge of managing and controlling the Fire, Life, Health, Safety and Security function for the Wink hotel and providing full support. Security Manager also focuses on carrying out relevant safety and security audits to ensure that all processes are being followed and will be responsible for the Health & Safety of Wink’s guest.

This position reports to the Hotel General Manager and needs to be highly familiar with the systems in place within the Hotel, so that can provide effective support to the other departments.

To manage and develop manpower of security department. To set training and coaching professional skill, foreign language for the staff and ensure to execute it seriously. To evaluate staff's performance, reward and discipline, promotion of the team.

Over 05 years’ experience in hotel’s security operations, at least 03 years as Security Manager in dynamic hotels, preferably with pre-opening experience

Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field; certification of Security training courses a plus

Fair written and verbal communication skills (verbal, written and comprehension) in both Vietnamese and English

Strong leadership and ability to provide on the job training

Proven hands-on experience in the security arena in a similar capacity with an attitude to deliver and have exceptional knowledge of latest trends in security measures

Ability to offer solutions, anticipate problems and provide action plan formulation; provide high level of attention to detail

Team and knowledge management, system diversities, organizational and team interrelationships at multiple levels

Computer literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Have a good relationship with local authorities, especially the police and fire police.

To set plan for fire prevention and fighting of the Hotel and submit to the hotel's Management and the Fire prevention and fighting department for approval. To organize the execution of fire prevention and fighting as per approved plan.
