- Welcome and assist shoppers and tenants with information on mall facilities, services, promotions, and events.
- Handle customer and tenant inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Support the administration of customer service facilities and services, including access cards, parking cards, wheelchairs, baby strollers, luggage storage, and other guest amenities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure service excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational updates as required.
- Uphold a professional, friendly, and customer-focused image at all times.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Diploma or higher in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Retail, Hospitality, Shopping Mall, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts.
