Director of Loss Prevention

Lead and oversee all Loss Prevention operations to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, hotel property and assets. Develop and implement effective security, safety and risk management strategies in compliance with hotel standards and applicable regulations.

Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Loss Prevention, Security or a similar role, preferably within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.

Previous management or leadership experience in a security/loss prevention function.

Strong knowledge of hotel security, safety, emergency response, risk management and loss prevention procedures.

Good understanding of local safety, security and fire prevention regulations.

Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, employees, management and external authorities.

Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Professional, proactive, responsible and able to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.

Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Quản lý An ninh, Luật Hình sự, Quản trị Khách sạn hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan là một lợi thế.

Có tối thiểu 4 - 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Loss Prevention, Security hoặc vị trí tương đương, ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong môi trường khách sạn cao cấp.

Có kinh nghiệm quản lý và lãnh đạo đội ngũ Security/Loss Prevention.

Am hiểu về an ninh khách sạn, an toàn, ứng phó khẩn cấp, quản lý rủi ro và các quy trình phòng ngừa thất thoát.

Có kiến thức tốt về các quy định pháp luật liên quan đến an ninh, an toàn và phòng cháy chữa cháy.

Có kỹ năng lãnh đạo, ra quyết định và xử lý vấn đề tốt.

Kỹ năng giao tiếp và xây dựng mối quan hệ tốt, có khả năng phối hợp hiệu quả với khách hàng, nhân viên, Ban Giám đốc và các cơ quan chức năng.

Sử dụng tốt tiếng Anh, cả giao tiếp nói và viết.

Tác phong chuyên nghiệp, chủ động, trách nhiệm và có khả năng bình tĩnh xử lý hiệu quả các tình huống áp lực cao.
