Education – Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business management, industrial psychology, or equivalent; post graduate studies will be considered.

Work Experience –

• Proven leadership capabilities with at least five (5) years working experience in a senior hotel / hospitality management role.

• Proven performance record with at least three (3) years hotel / hospitality operations experience as a Human Resources Executive or equivalent, in leading four-star to five-star hotels; pre-opening experience is an advantage.

• Strong and natural leadership in people engagement and relations, development and retention; organizational culture and diversity, team spirit and esprit de corps; excellent motivator and communicator.

• Highly fitted in a fast and dynamic business environment.

• “Can do, will do” attitude and a “hands-on” person.

Requirement –

• Resource Management. Identification, organization, planning and allocation of budget, materials, facilities and time.

• Interpersonal. Team and knowledge management, system diversities, organizational and team interrelationships.

• Information & Technology. Computer literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, human resources information system, performance management, payroll system.

• Basic & Analytical Skills. Numeracy, written and verbal communication, decision-making, problem solving, creative thinking.

• Personal Qualities. Responsibility and reliability, self-esteem, self-management, integrity and honesty, sociability and people relations.
