• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profitability.
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, demand patterns, and business performance to optimize pricing and inventory.
• Monitor revenue performance, forecasts, and market share; recommend strategies to achieve business targets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and hotel leadership teams to develop annual budgets and revenue plans.
• Manage distribution channels and revenue management systems to maximize business opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Revenue Management team.
• Prepare revenue reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure alignment with brand standards and business objectives.
