Mô tả công việc

Report to the IT Manager.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the IT Manager
Oversee IT operations at the resort, including LAN and Wi-Fi/Internet networks, electronic lock systems, and other equipment such as televisions, application servers, and telephone systems.
Promptly resolve unexpected issues to ensure continuous and efficient system operation, minimizing disruptions and impacts on other departments' activities.
Maintain data storage systems (primary and backup) and implement recovery measures in the event of an incident.
Monitor server performance and perform daily backups of system data, resort software, and telephone billing software.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues immediately to prevent disruption to other departments' operations.
Check the functionality of all Wi-Fi access points daily.
Monitor the resort's website and update, modify, or edit information as requested by management.
Monitor the status of telephone and telecommunications equipment; contact service providers regarding issues and report to management.
Ensure the security and confidentiality of data and information within the software systems.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: College or University degree in Information Technology (IT)
Work experience: Preference given to candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Specialization: Information Technology, Network Administration
Languages: Proficient in Vietnamese and English communication
Computer skills: Proficient in computer use (Microsoft Office)
Other skills: Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills; negotiation, problem-solving, and teamwork capabilities
Personal attributes: Honest and highly responsible in work
